- Initial manuscripts will be reviewed by the guest editors to ensure academic quality and topic appropriability for the Special Issue.
- Authors of accepted initial manuscripts will be notified by one of the guest editors to submit their full manuscript to the JoTT though the journal's Editorial Manager.
