Lehigh University's Department of Management seeks to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning July 2025. The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related area from an AACSB accredited institution by the time of employment in July 2025. The successful candidate should have developed or demonstrated potential for developing a high-quality program of research in the area of strategic management and demonstrate potential for teaching courses in strategic management and related areas at the undergraduate and Master's level.

We are a research-focused university and we also pride ourselves on providing high-quality teaching. Teaching responsibilities with this position may include undergraduate classes in the Management major, and graduate classes in the MBA and MS programs.
