Dear ENT Members,

We are excited to open applications for the 2025 ENT Division Travel Awards to support participation in the AOM Annual Meeting in Copenhagen.

These awards are part of our ongoing commitment to inclusivity. We aim to support PhD students, early-career scholars, and members facing financial hardship. Priority will be given to doctoral students attending the ENT Doctoral Consortium, followed by doctoral students with accepted submissions to the ENT Division program (PDW, symposium, or paper). Pre-tenure Junior faculty with accepted submissions to the program will also receive strong consideration. Other members with accepted submissions and incurring significant international travel expenses will be considered as well. We are kindly requesting that all applicants provide official letters from their institution certifying that they do not receive support for attending or participating in academic conferences.

This year, awards may be used to offset travel or registration costs (please note: funds are reimbursement-based). The Division has $6,000 available. Deadline for applications is April 28th. Funding decisions based on eligibility - giving propiroty to Phds- and need until all funds have been allocated.

Eligibility

To be considered, applicants must:

• Be a current AOM member (2025 dues paid),
• Be a registered member of the ENT Division,
• Be an accepted submitter to the ENT scholarly program (paper, PDW, symposium) or a confirmed participant in an ENT Consortium.
• Demonstrate financial need.
