The Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business at the University of Wyoming invites applications for a tenure-track position, rank open, in the area of entrepreneurship or strategic management beginning Fall 2020. The person who fills this position will be expected to contribute to the department in multiple ways. First, they should contribute to the strong teaching reputation of the department's faculty. The primary teaching responsibility will be the capstone strategy course. Further, they will be expected to conduct high-quality peer-reviewed research that is published in leading journals, in addition to other high-quality scholarly work, and, thus, contribute to the growing research culture of the department. We have a preference for scholars active in the area of entrepreneurship, which is an emergent area of focus for the department and university as a whole, but will consider strong applicants from strategy and other areas of management. Finally, they will be expected to support related student activities, in addition to other institutional and professional service responsibilities. As such, the ideal candidate is a well-rounded academic who has interest in helping the college continue to build a strong reputation. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter emphasizing qualifications for and interest in the position, their curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and contact information for three work-related references by January 27, 2020.

To apply, please complete the on-line application and upload the following: cover letter, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching effectiveness (e.g., a portfolio of recent teaching evaluations), and contact information for three work-related references.
