    Dear colleagues,

Are you interested in understanding how entrepreneurs adapt their behavior to the dynamic and uncertain conditions of startup? We invite you to attend our synchronous AOM symposium entitled "Adaptive Entrepreneurial Action: Current Thinking and Future Research Directions" on Tuesday, August 11th, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM EST.

We have an exciting panel of scholars with diverse perspectives who investigate how entrepreneurs adapt their actions to meet the demands of the entrepreneurial process. The panelists include:

    1. Greg Fisher, Indiana University
    2. Matthew Grimes, University of Cambridge
    3. Richard Hunt, Virginia Tech
    4. Matthew Wood, Baylor University

We look forward to a lively conversation around ideas such as entrepreneurial hustle, calibrating entrepreneurial action with time, the role of rationality in acting entrepreneurially, and the potential liabilities of an overemphasis on adaptation. We plan to have an informative and interactive discussion with all who attend.
