While scholars around the world are becoming interested in doing entrepreneurship research, few colleges and universities are able to provide good doctoral-level training in entrepreneurship research. One way to address this gap is to leverage the transformative power of the internet to offer a virtual seminar on entrepreneurship research where students are exposed to high-quality scholarship by leading scholars in the field. If you are interested in learning how to do entrepreneurship research, and networking with other scholars interested in entrepreneurship, you may want to join us for the first virtual summer seminar in entrepreneurship offered this year from May 15 to July 31 2021. Classes will meet on zoom either weekly or fortnightly, and participants will be given reading material and audio-visual material. To reduce barriers to learning, the seminar will be offered FREE OF COST (NO CHARGE) to participants. If you are new to entrepreneurship research, this seminar will help you learn the basics of scholarship in this very interesting field of scholarship. You can join this seminar from anywhere in the world, and at any career stage (doctoral student, assistant professors, and senior professors interested in doing ENT research are welcome). The only pre-requisite is interest in learning about and doing entrepreneurship research.

Interested? Send an email with your CV to either Ms. Jasmine Kelley (jnkelley2@crimson.ua.edu) or Ms. Swati Oberoi (swo.phdwp19@iimshillong.ac.in). The seminar will be led by Vishal K. Gupta (The University of Alabama; www.drvkgupta.com), although you will get to hear from a range of entrepreneurship researchers. Last date to email your expression of interest to attend (with CV) is April 20, 2021.
