"The GSB regular acts as a platform for local, and international, academics and practitioners to discuss and debate the personal- and organisational-values challenges and successes, which individuals and organisations face in our modern world. The Conference, by way of high calibre presentations and panel discussion sessions, will serve to enrich individuals, organisations and society through ideas that hopefully lead to purposeful- and entrepreneurial action to serve the common good. We intend to further share the views and perspectives raised throughout the Conference via publication. The Allan Gray Centre and the GSB see the Conference as a vehicle for coalescing around creative new, and enriched, ways of thinking to bringing about change, and look forward to welcoming all presenters and participants, from South Africa and abroad, to our Mother City, Cape Town."
