    CLINCAL ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR NON-TENURE-TRACK POSITION IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP

    Hankamer School of Business

     

    Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation invites applications and nominations for a non-tenure-track position at the Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate Professor level. Interested applicants with a strong record of teaching in the area of entrepreneurship and corporate innovation are encouraged to submit their materials. The successful candidate will begin employment in January or August 2022.

     

    We are open to all teaching and research specializations in entrepreneurship and innovation but are especially interested in candidates with teaching, research, or practical experiences related to family businesses who can play a leadership role within Baylor's Institute for Family Business (https://www.baylor.edu/business/familybusiness/). The Institute coordinates the Department's course offerings in family business and sponsors research and outreach activities on family-owned firms.

     

    Candidates should possess a Doctoral or Master's degree in entrepreneurship or a related field. The ideal candidate will also have practical experience in entrepreneurship or family business. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates must have significant teaching accomplishments in entrepreneurship or family business. Publications in peer-reviewed journals in accordance with AACSB qualification as Scholarly Academic is desirable.

     

    About the Department: Entrepreneurship has been part of the Baylor undergraduate curriculum since 1977. Publications such as U.S. News and World Report and Princeton Review consistently recognize Baylor entrepreneurship as a top-ten program. The Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation is in the state-of-the-art Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation. The department provides a collegial work environment, with supportive colleagues who are leaders in the field of entrepreneurship.
