Posting the message below on behalf of Dr. Alex DeNoble

To our Global Community of Entrepreneurship Educators, Researchers, Policy Makers, and Practitioners,

Today, I am writing to share information about our upcoming California Entrepreneurship Educators Conference on April 15 - 16, 2021. In 2015, we created this conference to build a community of like-minded entrepreneurship researchers and educators. In our 7th year (2nd online version of the conference), we have built a program that has attracted a global audience of established and emerging professionals in our field.

The theme for 2021 is Re-Invent. In light of the global pandemic, emerging technologies, and calls for social impact and ethical behavior, we must rethink our traditional approaches to engaging with our student, professional, and community stakeholders. A "new normal" is rapidly emerging that will test the status quo. Hence, our conference will kick off with an opening keynote by Caryn Beck-Dudley, President and CEO of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). She will review the new standards for accreditation of business schools globally.

Then our conference will evolve into numerous concurrent sessions addressing many of the topics that impact our professional activities moving forward. The conference will feature six unique keynote sessions along with several hands-on workshops and lightning round presentations. Unique to this year's conference is our addition of the platform, Airmeet, where attendees will have the opportunity to engage in deeper conversations with the presenters and registrants. For more information, please visit our conference website. We encourage you to consider joining us for this extraordinary event by visiting our conference registration page. We have set a modest registration fee of $149 to give you access to all of the conference content.

Please join us as we share best practices, shared interests, and great camaraderie within the special community.

I, along with our staff at the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center, the International Council for Small Business staff, our portfolio of conference sponsors, and our 126 presenters and moderators, invite you to engage.

We hope to see you there!

    Sincerely,

    Alex F. DeNoble, Ph.D

    This will be a blast!

You are cordially invited to the Friday late AM session where Andy Penaluna, Gabi Kaffka and I will lob grenades on how to assess the impact of entrep education/training. (Attendees leave with the beginnings of their own rigorous assessment plan, an invitation to a global community of practice and an invitation to a global research project!)

CEEC opens with a keynote from the head of AACSB... likely even more of a must-watch!
