    Description:

The Southeastern Entrepreneurship Research Conference (SERC) is an annual conference located in the Southeastern United States that is focused on entrepreneurship scholarly research. This conference is designed to provide a venue to propose new research on entrepreneurship topics, or to provide feedback and support for existing research within this domain. Additionally, the opportunity to engage in professional development and networking is an important part of the conference.

Faculty and Doctoral Students interested in Entrepreneurship research are welcome to join us!

We will have two concurrent sessions where participants can engage in deep conversations about their research, and/or support others as they propose new research projects or programs.  Additionally, we will have opportunities to network and share current research plans.  If requested, short tours of the NC State University's Entrepreneurship Ecosystem, to include the award-winning Entrepreneurship Clinic can be arranged before or after the conference.

The "Launch Sessions" – These sessions are a series of brief presentations on an entrepreneurship research project idea or nascent project on which you wish to get some detailed feedback and support. Participants can send a 1-page outline of their "launch" project, and get focused feedback from interested participants.

The "Growth Sessions" – These sessions are a series of brief presentations on an entrepreneurship research project that is complete, or under revision, on which you wish to get some detailed feedback and support.. Participants can send a 1-page outline of their "growth" project, and get focused feedback from interested participants.

*Once you register, please email Jon Carr (jccarr@ncsu.edu) or Jeff Pollack (jmpolla3@ncsu.edu) with your 1-page summary of what you'd like to present and which session you'd like to join (launch vs. growth).*

Please register quickly! There are a limited number of rooms reserved for the SERC Conference!
