Assistant/Associate Professor Positions in Entrepreneurship, International Business, and Organizational Behavior at Ozyegin University, Istanbul, Turkey
The Management & Organization Group at Ozyegin University, Istanbul, Turkey invites applications for open rank full-time positions in the fields of Entrepreneurship, International Business and Organizational Behavior effective September 2019 or before. We seek candidates who have (or show evidence of building) an established international research reputation through publications at leading journals in their respective fields, and who are willing to play a leading role in the further development of the management and organization group at Ozyegin University. Successful candidates are expected to teach core and elective courses in our undergraduate and graduate (MBA, Executive MBA, and PhD) programs in their respective field. Salary, research support and teaching loads are competitive and commensurate with rank and experience. Requirements: Candidates should have a PhD in Business Administration or a related field, or expect to complete their PhD by the starting date. More senior candidates are expected to demonstrate an excellent record of publication in top-tier journals and effective teaching. Junior candidates are expected to demonstrate potential to independently conduct research and publish in high quality journals. All candidates are expected to demonstrate excellence in and a passion for teaching and to contribute to departmental activities appropriate to their rank.
