After two years of COVID hiatus and a series of events in Japan, the Effectuation Conference is back in 2022. Co-branded with ESCB and scheduled in tandem with the RENT Conference, the 2022 Effectuation Conference will take place November 14th-15th in Naples, Italy. In the tradition of Effectuation Conference in past years, the format will offer plenary sessions as well as small group research and practice "pods" where your submissions can be developed into full fledged research articles and teaching materials.

    Submissions (deadline: May 15th, 2022)
Research orientation: please submit an academic paper, or extended abstract of at least seven pages, but maximum 30 pages. Papers can be fully developed, but we particularly encourage the submission of working papers that can benefit from our interactive workshop format.

Teaching or practice orientation: please submit a 3-7 page description or design of a practice you have used or are planning to use. That could be a teaching practice, a tool, or an intervention design. Please describe your experiences and list potential questions for discussion.

Case study: As we begin to write the third edition of the "Effectual Entrepreneurship" textbook, we are accepting case study submissions (3-7 pages) envisaging a potential book contribution.

All types of papers should be sent to the organizers. Authors can send multiple types of submissions. Please indicate the track(s) you are submitting for (Practice/Teaching, Research, or Case Study) when you submit your work.
