    At the Chair of International Management, Department of  Business Administration, University of Zurich, we are looking for a:


      Post Doc for a Research Associate Position

    The earliest possible start date is September 1, 2019 with a later start date possible upon agreement. The position is initially for three years with the possibility to extend for an additional three years upon positive evaluation (3+3 years).

    The Chair of International Management is part of the Department of Business Administration within the Faculty of Business, Economics and Information Technology. The focus of the chair is on strategic management of multinational enterprises, in particular the challenges that multinational enterprises face related to transformation, renewal and long term performance. Research at the chair draws upon current theoretical perspectives from strategic management and organization theory (e.g. behavioral theory of the firm, organizational learning theory, and cognitive theory) and employs qualitative, quantitative, and simulation methods. Research projects typically combine a strong emphasis on theoretical and empirical rigor with practical relevance. The chair provides a highly research oriented environment focused on creating the platform for an international academic career for its members.
