    Dear all,

On June 27-28, the Digital Entrepreneurship Hub of the Freie Universität Berlin (Germany) will host the 'Hello Diversity! Conference' for which I would like to invite you. The conference focuses on the exchange between scientists, practitioners, and students on various facets of entrepreneurial diversity in the context of digitization. The conference includes the following two activities:

    • Hello DiversityTalks on 27.06.2019: Around 15 scientists, founders as well as diversity and inclusion representatives of larger corporations will discuss challenges and opportunities in connection with entrepreneurial diversity in the digital age. The talks are divided into the areas 'demographic', 'functional' and 'deep-level' diversity. Speakers include Natalya Nepomnyashcha (founder of Netzwerk Chancen), Uta Menges (IBM Diversity & Inclusion Leader), Vera Termühlen (HR Director Car2Go), Lea Böhm (founder of AllesRoger New Work Facilitator), Prof. Helle Neergaard (Arhus University) and Dr. Timo Lorenz (Medical School Berlin).
    • Paperthon on 28.06.2019: The impulses of the DiversityTalks will be used during the Paperthon to initiate research projects in interdisciplinary teams of scientists. The day will be moderated by Prof. Hannes Rothe and accompanied by experienced scientists (including Prof. Regan Stevenson and Prof. Lauri Wessel). In addition, there will be the opportunity to talk to Prof. Kerstin Ettl and Prof. Silke Tegtmeier, editors of the special issue 'Concepts and Facets of Entrepreneurial Diversity' in the International Journal of Business Venturing, about the fit of potential contributions (deadline 31.12.2019).
Also on behalf of the conference program committee, Prof. Stephanie Birkner (University of Oldenburg), Prof. Kerstin Ettl (University of Siegen), Prof. Julia Kensbock (Maastricht University) and Prof. Silke Tegtmeier (University of Southern Denmark), I look forward welcoming you in Berlin.

Further information on the conference and registration can be found at www.hellodiversity.digital

    Yours sincerely
    Janina Sundermeier
