St. Cloud State University seeks applications for a probationary (tenure-track) Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship in the Management and Entrepreneurship Department of the Herberger Business School beginning Fall Semester 2020. In addition to eight undergraduate majors, the School offers an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Assurance. Job description:Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Entrepreneurship and Management, broadly defined. Potential to teach courses in the MBA program. May need to teach other courses in the Department including Introduction to Professional Management and Strategic Management. Willingness to teach face-to-face, hybrid, and on-line classes. Advise students and provide service to the department, school, and university through participation in standing and ad-hoc committees and workgroups. Contribute to the achievement of all departmental goals. For academically qualified faculty, conduct and publish research in Entrepreneurship, broadly defined, in peer-reviewed journals and present research at conferences. For professionally qualified faculty, serve as advisor to student organization(s), facilitate efforts at engaging the regional entrepreneurship eco-system on and off campus, and facilitate cross-campus initiatives at promoting entrepreneurship.
