I was at Adnane Maalaoui's great recent IPAG conference that specialized in entrepreneurial cognition (and mostly on intentions) and I met a promising young scholar, Asma Zarrouk, who was looking at gender and growth intent. She used the KFS data and used "hours invested per week" as a rough proxy for growth intent. Not ideal, so she was wondering if others have used other proxies for growth intent (or related constructs) from the KFS data?
Any ideas for her? (I'll cc her.) Her paper was pretty cool! "Entrepreneurship and Continued Entrepreneurship :
Gendered vs. Gender-Neutral Theories" Asma splits time between ISG de Sousse in Tunisia and Grenoble Ecole de Management.
p.s.
Adnane, Erno Tornoski, et al. did a GREAT job with IPAG, btw... Highly recommend. (Also, Paris during Fashion Week is... different, lol)
As always, thanks!
Norris
