    Dear colleagues,

    I'm doing some research on Active Learning and how it impacts business education, and what best practices I could implement in my classroom setting. I was wondering if you all could answer the following questions.

    • What solutions have you tried in the active learning space?
    • What motivated you to bring active learning activities into your classroom?

    Any assistance on this is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you all for the thoughtful responses - it's clear that there's passion for these activities out there.  I'll be following up with individual threads shortly!

    In terms of active learning solutions you've used, I'm interested in anything beyond the lecture, including: surveys, activities, games, field trips etc.  In particular, why bring it to your classroom? What were you hoping to achieve?
