    SKEMA is seeking applicants for positions in Strategy, innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Organization theory and organization behavior.

    • Positions as: Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor.
    • Starting date: January or September 2020.
    • Permanent full-time contract.
    • Salary and conditions are competitive, in line with international standards.
    • Applications will be considered for an interview at the Annual Academy of Management Meeting in Boston.


    • Hold a PhD in Business Administration or a related field, from a recognized institution
    • Have promising research prospects, visible through ongoing submissions to high-level journals
    • Do research in areas consistent with the specializations of current Faculty members
    • Demonstrate first teaching experience in the relevant disciplinary area
    • Aware of teaching and learning innovation
    • Be able to teach in English (knowledge of French, although not strictly required, would be appreciated - support in learning French will be offered)
    • Be a team player with good communication skills, and a willingness to contribute to the activities in the Academy and the Research Center


    • Publish in top-tier peer-reviewed journals
    • Teach at different levels
    • Supervise students at different levels (UG, master…)
    • Participate in the student selection process
    • Be a good academic citizen / Commit to the life of the institution and contribute in projects related to the school strategy

    The Research Centre KTO is empirically oriented, with a focus on Innovation, digitization and artificial intelligence. KTO Faculty aims at the highest standards of academic excellence and has published in top-tier journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistic, The RAND Journal of Economics, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, and Research Policy. KTO organizes regular research seminars on the three French campuses, hosts several international workshops and run a PhD program in Management.

     The Research Centre Strategy is a dynamic and fast-growing research group, whose purpose is to make a difference by generating critical world-class research on how to harness globalization and digitalization for a better world.
