Keynote Speakers Dr. David Audretsch, Distinguished Professor and the Ameritech Chair of Economic Development and Director of the Institute for Development Strategies at Indiana University. He is an Honorary Professor of Industrial Economics and Entrepreneurship at the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germanyand a Research Fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research in London. Dr. Wendy Cukier, Founder of the Diversity Institute and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the Ted Rogers School of Management's is one of Canada's leading experts in disruptive technologies, innovation processes and diversity. She has written more than 200 papers on technology, innovation and management and her vision and leadership has shaped Ryerson's Diversity Institute to become one of Canada's leading research centres in the areas of inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship. She has led projects aimed at advancing diverse women in leadership and promoting the participation of underrepresented groups in the workforce and in entrepreneurship. She has helped organizations become more inclusive through programs such as Diversity Leads. Dr. Howard E. Aldrich is an Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is also a Faculty Research Associate at the Department of Strategy & Entrepreneurship at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and Fellow of Sidney Sussex College at Cambridge University. He is a Faculty Fellow of the Center for Study of Economy and Society at Cornell University. Aldrich's main research interests are entrepreneurship, team formation, evolutionary theory, economic sociology and inequality, and gender issues in entrepreneurship. Why You Should Attend-Submit?
As we look to re-open our economies, there's never been a more critical time to convene, share our research and best practices and dialogue on how we advance entrepreneurship in light of the challenges introduced because of Covid-19.
The conference focuses on the diverse approaches to advancing entrepreneurship across societal sectors and countries and adopts a comparative and international perspective in addressing traditional topics in entrepreneurship and innovation. Researchers, educators, entrepreneurs, administrators, students, policy makers and all interested in advancing entrepreneurship are invited to participate in this great gathering. We invite proposals for academic papers, professional workshop sessions and panel discussions in all fields related to entrepreneurship, especially on the following topics:
While we are particularly interested in submissions that relate to the above topics, papers and workshop proposals on any aspect of entrepreneurship are welcome.

Deadline for submission of proposals for academic papers, professional workshop sessions, and panel discussions, in English or French. Each submission should be in two pages, Times New Roman 12pt in Microsoft Word format: the first page will include a title, names, status and contact details of author(s); the second page will present contents in 250 words or less and 5 keywords, according to the following categories:
Abstracts should clearly state purpose, method and expected findings of study in 250 words or less
Professional workshop sessions
Summaries should describe the format and content of the workshop and be not more than 250 words in length.
Summaries (not more than 250 words) should describe the theme and its interests; identify the panel speakers and their sub-topic areas.
Deadline for submission of full paper or final version of abstract in English or French. The text should be submitted in Microsoft Word format and should not be more than 20 pages including the cover page, diagrams, tables and references. The format will be single-spaced, Times New Roman 12pts (attribute normal for text, bold for titles and subtitles), margin top, bottom, right and left 2.5 cm (1 inch), headings numbered as 1., 1.1.,1.1.1, etc. All references should be at the end of the document. In the text, the authors' names should be referenced in brackets followed by the year of publication, for example: (Tremblay, 2009).
