    Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business seeks a highly qualified, collegial candidate to fill a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor position in its Department of Management.

     Primary responsibilities

    • Teaching in the primary area of Organizational Behavior, with secondary areas such as, but not limited to, Leadership, Strategic Management, Ethics and Sustainability, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship
    • Conduct and publish scholarly research in high quality, peer-reviewed journals
    • Coordinate OB curriculum for BBA program
    • Advise and mentor students
    • Eventually serve on departmental, college, and/or university committees as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctorate in Organizational Behavior or related field from an AACSB accredited institution by August 2022
    • Prior teaching experience with strong student evaluations
    • Evidence of innovative and interactive teaching approaches and a variety of pedagogy
    • Established record of or strong potential for scholarly impact
    • Interest in actively mentoring undergraduate students
    • Willingness to serve department, college, university and community in a variety of ways
