What may entrepreneurs learn from research on diversity & inclusion during this pandemic?
What may entrepreneurs learn from venture creation among blind entrepreneurs?
Answers for ENT members at the Third Diversity & Inclusion Research Conference, November 12 & 13, which will be virtual only:
ENT member Wilson Ng will be presenting his research on opportunity formation among visually impaired entrepreneurs (co-authored with Félix Arndt).
ENT members may be as curious as Wilson & Félix to learn about D&I researchers' views of their entrepreneurship research.
Wilson will also need to engage with the body of D&I research!
This learning could feed into the development of a timely ENT research agenda during this Zeitgeist of the pandemic, BLM, & many other events where diversity & inclusion has been a persistent theme.
