    This consortium focuses on the career and life questions of late-career faculty (i.e. PhD + 15 years or more). It is open to all AOM attendees. Pre-registration is not required. The 9 experts hold 20 minute sessions at their table, giving every participant a chance to sit in on at least three topics during the consortium and get their questions answered. This year's experts and topics are:

    • Michael Arthur (Suffolk University): Writing for the popular press;
    • Gloria Barczak (Northeastern University): The Pinnacle of your Career: Becoming a Journal Editor
    • Candida Brush (Babson College): Getting on Boards of Directors;
    • Pablo Martin de Holan (INCAE Business School): The world is your oyster:  late career moves outside of your country;
    • Alfredo DeMassis (Free University of Bozen-Bolzano): Achieving Research Impact Through Social Media;
    • Julio de Castro (IE Business School): Mentoring & Developing Faculty;
    • Roland Kidwell (Florida Atlantic University): Consulting to Entrepreneurs and Family Businesses.
    • Kelly Shaver (University of Charleston): At Least Two Ways to Meet New People;
    • Alex Stewart (Memorial University of Newfoundland): Doing what we want in our careers;
    Want to volunteer? Each table also has a facilitator to manage the session, and we are looking for volunteer facilitators (email jerome.katz@slu.edu or k.eddleston@northeastern.edu).
