Sorry for cross-posting.
As co-chairs for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Track, sponsored by the Macquarie Business School, we would like to invite you to submit your research to this year's ANZMAC conference to be held in December in Melbourne (both virtually and face-to-face).
2020 and 2021 have certainly lived up to our conference theme of "Something Different". But we are a resilient team and with your continued support we are positioned to deliver the exceptional week-long research program we promised.
As a city well versed in hard 'lockdowns' to curb outbreaks of the virus we are catering for the continued uncertainty and disruption by planning a hybrid event, an in-person and online experience with a purpose built, engaging event platform. Paper presentations will be online, pre-recorded or on-site.
The aim of this track is to encourage and support the development and dissemination of knowledge relevant to managers, innovators, and entrepreneurs, and those who study, shape, or influence the marketing and innovation strategy of organisations. We encourage submissions of a wide range of topics associated with strategic, entrepreneurial, and innovation-related decision making, their antecedents, context, and consequences. Main research areas evolve around innovation (e.g., product & service; business model; organisational; managerial; collaborative), strategy (e.g., branding, performance, leadership, M&A, exit, resources, and capabilities) and entrepreneurship (e.g., new venture creation, entrepreneurial orientation, wellbeing, resilience).
Call for conference papers:
- Submissions close: Monday 12 July 2021 (no extension)
- Author notifications: Thursday 26 August 2021
