In this webinar, Marc Gruber will introduce the "Market Opportunity Navigator" from the book "Where to Play" (co-authored with Sharon Tal). This new business tool has recently been adopted for the Lean Toolset by Steve Blank.
Meet the Author:
Marc Gruber is Vice President for Innovation at EPFL and full professor at the College of Management of Technology at EPFL where he holds the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Technology Commercialization. Marc also acted as Associate and as Deputy Editor at the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), the highest-ranked empirical research journal in management.
