    Dear colleagues,

We would like to remind you of the approaching deadline to submit your paper to the track:

Microfoundations of Strategy: Dynamic Capabilities & Knowledge Mechanisms

at the EURAM conference that will be held in Dublin, Ireland,  10th – 12th of June 2020. Dublin is a short flight from most European cities and reachable within 6.5 hours from major hubs such as Boston, New York, and Toronto.

This track offers a platform for scholarly conversation on this important subdomain of strategic management research. Specifically, we seek to encourage discussion about dynamic capabilities and knowledge mechanisms, such as "How do dynamic capabilities promote entrepreneurship and innovation?" and "How to balance between internal knowledge accumulation and external knowledge absorption?" Thus, we aim to advance strategic management scholarship by positioning these questions and topics as part of conversations about strategic processes and outcomes in organizations. Furthermore, attention is devoted to how the different levels of analysis are linked to one another in an effort to build richer explanations of strategic processes.

We would be grateful if you decided to contribute to this track by submitting a paper. The full call for papers for the track can be found attached and here: http://www.euramonline.org/component/phocadownload/category/58-cfp.html?download=873:cfp and general information on the 2020 EURAM conference can be found here: http://www.euramonline.org/annual-conference-2020.html.

The submission deadline for your papers is January 14th, 2020 (2pm Brussels/CET time).

If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please forward this invitation to others who may be interested.

    Best regards,

Rob Jansen, Gerardus Lucas, Mait Rungi, Felix Arndt & Peiran Su
