    The Department of Management Programs in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) invites applications for the following two positions:

    Open Rank Professor in International Business (REQ07578, #991234)

    Open rank, to begin Fall 2020. The successful candidate for this tenure-track position must have a Ph.D. in international business, management, or a closely related area from an AACSB accredited (or equivalent) university, documented refereed research accomplishments (i.e., publications in top tier international business and management journals) as well as evidence of excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The successful candidate will teach international business courses and conduct high quality research. We are seeking a thought leader in international business research and teaching, who will work as a team member with other faculty in the department, college and university and assist in developing international business programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The International Business Program offers Bachelor of International Business and Master of International Business degrees, and an International Business track in the MBA degree. The undergraduate IB program was recently ranked by U.S. News & World Report as a Top 25 program.     Assistant/Associate Professor Management (Strategy with additional focus on Entrepreneurship or International Business) (REQ07579, #991161) Tenure-track position in the strategy area at the rank of assistant (senior assistant preferred) or associate professor, to begin Fall 2020. The successful candidate must have completed a doctoral degree from an AACSB (or equivalent) university in strategy, management or a closely related field by time of the appointment. A supporting interest in international business or entrepreneurship is preferred. Documented research published in high quality refereed journals is required of the successful applicant as well of evidence of excellence in teaching. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to an atmosphere of collegiality in the department. The position entails publishing high quality research in top journals, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses primarily at FAU's Davie campus, and contributing to service activities in the department and the college.
