People around the globe are increasingly on the move: 272 million people, or 3.5% of the world's population, are currently international migrants. We live in a time where human mobility becomes a key issue for managers and employees in any organization, such as private companies, business associations and trade unions, employment agencies, welfare organizations, non-governmental organizations, public authorities and many others. To keep pace with the times, this course offers an advanced, theory-practice overview about the opportunities and challenges generated by human mobility for trade, business, innovation and economic development.
