    BI Norwegian Business School, Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship, has one vacant four-year position as a postdoctoral scholar within the area of healthcare entrepreneurship and innovation. The start date is February 1, 2020. The research will be conducted in cooperation with a research team of senior researchers as well as PhD candidates.

    The candidate will be part of a research team (with basis in organization, innovation and entrepreneurship research) exploring three overall questions:

    • What are the conditions and challenges for scaling distributed homebased medical and care services?
    • How may high-quality practices of such services be effectively shared and distributed across multiple sites and organizations?
    • What are viable business models for scaling such business cases across Norway and in international markets? 

    The position is partly funded by the Research Council of Norway through Centre for Connected Care (C3, https://c3connectedcare.org/en/). This is a center for research driven innovation (SFI) hosted by Oslo University Hospital with BI is a major research partner. C3 connects academics, clinicians, health care sector employees and life science- and other health industry related developers, to innovate, develop and accelerate a variety of people centric healthcare solutions.
