As one of your elected Representatives At Large, part of my job is to keep improving communication. That is one of our most important duties. Also one of the most enjoyable!

In the past, your answers have been invaluable - especially those that offered creative/innovative ideas to advance our mission of growing entrepreneurship scholars.

If you prefer to answer privately, please do so - your comments will be confidential and anonymized as you wish. Otherwise, just respond to the thread.

What are we doing well? Doing better? Needs some work? (Hopelessly off-course?) Any innovative ideas? [note: we cannot fix AoM, lol]

    Eagerly awaiting!

    Norris

Paper development workshops (or the equivalent): It is never too early in a scholar's career to understand their audience(s). Working with experts on how to present new knowledge in journals targeted to those audiences is a good exercise. It is not unusual for entrepreneurship to integrate advancements from one or more other academic disciplines and there are important decisions to be made such as choice of conceptual definitions and study design. The earlier these can be made, the better. Paper development workshops can provide a pipeline of quality material from early scholars.
