Deadline this Saturday, October 31st at 11:59 pm CT---The USASBE Social Entrepreneurship SIG Awards are open for nominations and self-nominations only for two more days (deadline next Saturday, October 31st). Nominations and self-nominations are welcomed for the four competitive SIG awards below (you can submit to any or all of the following):

Social Entrepreneurship SIG Award for Excellence in...

    • Teaching
    • Scholarship (includes new scholars/junior faculty)
    • Programming or Events
    • Practice and Service (for social entrepreneurs)

All awards come with USASBE SIG recognition and a monetary award of $250 from the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation. For more information, check out the SIG award website, and to nominate yourself or a colleague, you can apply via the USASBE Conference submissions portal under My Entries>Start Entry>SiG Awards (Cohorts and Consortiums, see attached). We had some website issues this week, so if you have any trouble logging in or completing the application, you can email me a letter of nominations/self-nomination instead at sraible@udel.edu.

All nominations must be received by October 31, 2020, so please nominate/self-nominate and share this with your networks as well. Please note, the 2020 USASBE SIG Social Entrepreneurship leaders are ineligible for consideration, but all other members and other leaders within USASBE are eligible for these awards.

If you or a colleague has any questions leading up to the deadline, please reach out to me/have them reach out to me (sraible@udel.edu). Thank you all in advance for your time and support in helping us to recognize some wonderful social entrepreneurship educators, scholars, and practitioners at this year's conference!

    Apologies for cross-posting.
