The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at London's campus of Loughborough University is looking to recruit candidates for Reader (US equivalent of Full Professor) and Senior Lecturer (US Equivalent of Associate Professor) positions in the field of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The successful candidates will be expected to undertake research at the highest international standards, attract research funding, and contribute to teaching on the Institute's postgraduate (MSc and MRes) programs. In addition, the successful candidates for the Reader position should have a demonstrated record in leadership and be willing to take on a leadership role within the Institute.

The successful candidates will be joining a team of seven full time research faculty, six teaching fellows, and six PhD students. The Institute has published collectively in the leading management journals, such as Management Science, Journal of Corporate Finance, International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Small Business Economics, and Corporate Governance: An International Review among others. The Institute's research relates to the areas of digital and business model innovation, digital entrepreneurship, family firms, big data and IoT, digital entrepreneurship, international and comparative corporate governance, economics of teams and behaviour of entrepreneurs.
Loughborough University was named number 1 in THE Student Experience Survey, and regularly tops the UK ranking for teaching excellence. It was one of the 6 UK Universities to be awarded 'Gold' in the recent Teaching Evaluation Framework.
