The Heider College of Business at Creighton University invites applications and nominations for a tenure track position in the area of Entrepreneurship, with flexibility to teach Strategic Management, beginning in fall 2019. Qualified applicants should have an earned doctorate (or be ABD with expected completion by August, 2019) in Entrepreneurship (or a related field) from an AACSB-accredited institution. Rank is open but preference will be given to candidates at advanced assistant and above. The ideal candidate will have a primary research and teaching interest in Entrepreneurship/Strategic Management, as well as relevant work experience.
Teaching load, which may include both undergraduate and graduate courses, is five classes per year and summer teaching/support is available. Online teaching experience is desirable. The College seeks a balanced teacher-scholar with a commitment to excellent teaching, as well as outstanding scholarship, who will embrace our Jesuit, Catholic values. The candidate will also be asked to provide academic advising for students, as well as service to the College, University, and community.
