Currently, the Business School of Vilnius University are looking for a high-level researcher in Entrepreneurship who would be willing to engage in a long term project (4 years) in Lithuania with the VU Business School.
Strategically, the VU Business School is creating an Entrepreneurship competence centre, and we are looking for a high-level researcher to partner with us using a unique opportunity of funding.
The funding possibility comes from the programme initiated by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, funded by European Union under the activity 'Attracting Foreign Researchers for Research Implementation' (Brain Gain and Reintegration (SMART). The programme can supervise wages, living, travelling and research costs for the researcher / research supervisor who has been continuously engaged in R&D activities for at least 5 years in Entrepreneurship and similar areas and who may act as a research supervisor, building a research team, performing research and during the next 4 years spend a lot of time in Lithuania.
The following is a short description of the program, what activities and costs are financed. file:///C:/Users/tim.mescon/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/V9CJGPYJ/Funding%20for%20Reasearch_EN.pdf
We are currently looking for expression of interest as soon as possible, hopefully by the end of this week so we could have sufficient time to prepare the application. The deadline for application to the funding programme is May.
